Composing Themes about Literature

Using your handout on Theme and Topic Compose:

Answer all the bullet pointed questions three times. Make sure that you use details from the novel to support your answers. 

When you are finished with each set Compose a Thematic Statement that connects the author, character, the topic, and the essential truth about human nature or what it means to be human that is revealed in the text of the novel (you will have three, but feel free to write more).
